Andrea has over 18 years of sales and business leadership experience. She grew her real estate business from $4 million in sales to $21 million in under 5 years. She is dedicated to her clients by seamlessly guiding them through the fast pace and ever-changing real estate process from start to finish, providing valuable guidance at every step.
After receiving her BBA in marketing from Texas Tech University, she returned home to North Texas where she happily remains today. Andrea attributes her success in real estate to her thirteen-year career in international Tele-communications sales and management, where she was a top performer in both corporate sales and high-level contract negotiations. The experience has served her well in assisting her real estate clients.

Passionate about her community, Andrea received the PTA Lifetime Member award for her work and leadership for volunteering in the Plano Independent School District. She continues to volunteer her time with her children in Young Men’s Service League (YMSL) and National Charity League (NCL). A native Texan and Plano resident now for more than 24 years, she and her husband enjoy spending time with their son and daughter, and their many activities as well as traveling and sampling the newest dining spots in North Texas.
With 30 years of sales experience, service, ethics and hard work are at the top of Tad’s creed each and every day. Those basic core beliefs have led to long marketing and sales tenures in the three R’s: Radio, Racing and Restaurants. Tad is proud to have added a fourth “R” — Real Estate — to his resume.
After receiving his Advertising Degree from Texas Tech University, Tad was happy to return home to the DFW Metroplex. His many years of experience in national radio advertising sales led to his core development of work ethic and negotiation skills. The competitive world of NASCAR corporate marketing sales and working with C-Level leadership from Fortune 500/100 Companies helped him to further hone the critical skills of negotiation. For eight years, Tad worked for the largest restaurant loyalty marketing company in the United States and was designated a top performer while managing a team of fifteen people in his company’s second largest region. All three of these long-term tenures have provided the characteristics needed for success in real estate.
In March 2020, Tad proudly joined his wife and business partner, Andrea Miller, as a realtor, launching Andrea Miller Group, building on the great success Andrea has worked to develop since 2015.
Although not a Texas native, Tad has called North Texas home for more than 50 years. He and Andrea have lived in Plano for more than 24 years where they have enjoyed raising their family, which now includes the planning of college paths.

With over 17 years of experience as a Paralegal and 10+ as an Administrative Assistant, Carolyn has transferred her aptitude for law into a real estate career. Carolyn made the transition from paralegal to real estate in 2015. Utilizing her extensive knowledge and advanced proficiency in document preparation, client relations and administrative support activities to positively contribute to the efficiency of the real estate experience.
In her free time, Carolyn enjoys spending time with family and friends, while maintaining a healthy lifestyle through fitness and wellness activities. Carolyn, her husband and their dogs Charlie and Lucy, reside in North Dallas and share active lifestyles with a passion to help other people.
